Supporting the behavioral health of our military families
Military OneSource offers all active-duty service members and their dependent family members non-medical counseling services free of charge. Non-medical counseling services aid military families with short-term issues such as adjustment to situational stressors, stress management, decision-making, communication, grief, blended-family matters, and parenting skills.
To participate in Military OneSource, providers are required to complete a training program before joining the network and then annually in accordance with the Military OneSource contract.

Military OneSource ProviderConnect provides online access to your authorizations, CAF submissions, provider summary vouchers, and participant records.
If you’re a new user of Carelon Behavioral Health’s provider portal, ProviderConnect, please register here . Two days after registering, you’ll receive your ProviderConnect User ID and password via email. These credentials are the same as those needed to log in to Military OneSource ProviderConnect.

Please be aware that case activity forms (CAF) submissions are due within 30 days of the date of service, and all fields on the CAF are required for successful submission.
