Crisis Solutions
We are your trusted partner
Our commitment to raising the quality of life of people in need goes beyond supporting their mental health; we also want people to live long and happy lives. This means being there when they need us the most.
When someone experiences a behavioral health crisis, our team is prepared to listen and respond with the appropriate support. We also extend our expertise to communities by ensuring they have a crisis response system that helps meet their unique needs and allows them to de-escalate, treat, and foster ongoing recovery. Count on us to be your crisis solutions partner for life.
An effective crisis system saves lives. We partner with communities to build a system that’s optimized to meet their specific needs.
We exceed SAMHSA's guidelines
According to the National Guidelines for Crisis Care established by the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA), a crisis system must include the following:
- Regional or statewide 24/7 crisis contact centers with intervention capabilities that meet the National Suicide Prevention Lifeline (NSPL) standards.*
- Trained and prepared mobile units.
- Receiving and stabilization facilities or programs that provide short-term services in a non-hospital environment.
Our crisis system goes above and beyond by providing:
1-800 "front door"
Mobile crisis units
Community-based locations
System oversight and management
Stabilization centers or peer living rooms
Providers for all levels of care who are available for urgent access
Integrated medication-assisted treatment solutions
Crisis collaboratives

Crisis Administrative Services Organization (ASO)
Instead of replacing local resources, we work with each system's unique characteristics and capabilities to design a process that meets everyone's needs. We provide crisis system oversight and management by offering administrative, training, and technical assistance. We also help to determine eligibility and utilization of services.
Crisis line services
Our crisis line services comprise regional, statewide, and nationwide contact centers and centrally deployed, mobile crisis response systems that support a 24/7 hotline. The hotline provides phone, text, and chat-based crisis de-escalation.
