Pooja Joshi

A solutions-oriented leader, Pooja promotes a data-and insights-driven culture within the organization to benefit customers, members, and providers. She is responsible for the creation of enterprise analytics assets to assist internal operations, and for the delivery of contractual and regulatory reporting for all clients.

Pooja’s decades of experience in analytics, operations, program management, and information technology within the healthcare industry make her perfectly suited to spearhead market transformation and operational improvements. Prior to serving in her current role, she held many positions within the business, including being the Vice President of Field Operations for our South-East Central market, and prior to that, Director of National Implementations.

Pooja holds a bachelor’s degree from Kamla Nehru Institute of Technology, Sultanpur, India and Master of Technology from Indian Institute of Technology Kanpur, India. She is also a certified Project Management Professional.
